When baking stones are preheated it comes closest to brick oven baking.
Pizza bottoms turns out nice and crisp, not soggy.
This stone is used and does not have a box but it is nice and seasoned.
There is a very small chip mark on the one edge.
There is a discoloration in the stone at one spot as seen in the photo.
The stone measures 13 1/2" diameter and 1/2" thick.
This stone weighs 6 pounds therefore the shipping rate is the setting for heavier items.
